Ivertise paid very close attention to the visual impact of the site we built for Dr. Arman Dayan, who manages his dental practice in the U.S. We strove to create a site that should be service-priented, attractive and professional looking, aimed to entice patients and assure them as well of our client’s high level of dental professionalism.
We proposed and built a dynamic Gallery Manager System to host before-and-after images that generates a revolving showcase of real success cases. This we placed strategically on the front page as a way to display and sell the credibility of the practice.
As Dr. Dayan places considerable focus on patient care, we integrated on the website some of the easy-to-use Patient Care Tools and other features that we usually place on the medical websites that we develop. A Need-Expert-Advice module effectively makes Dr. Dayan accessible to his patients round-the-clock. It bridges the differences in schedules between the dentist and his patients. Patients can fill out the Contact Us form and the practice staff can pick this up and respond for the dentist, even when he is not at his office.
A Communications Module helps our client organize and manage his office communications. This complements his dental website, which grants him a 24/7 accessibility to his patients, by giving him options on how and when he'd like to be contacted.
A number of pages are also devoted to dental education, and to explaining the procedures our client offers. This is supported by our FAQ page, which comes with a corresponding FAQ manager panel that allows the site owner to conveniently add, delete or edit the categories, questions and answers found on the FAQ page.
The website also includes a Patients Survey Form to improve our client’s chances of gaining feedback. Because the form is found online, it is convenient for patients to fill out in the privacy of their homes, where their candor can help our client improve his day-to-day operations.
One of the site’s better features is a fully-developed facility for First Time Patients where such patients can access educational information about the practice, download pertinent forms, and even request for an appointment, all done online.
