For decades after it was established in 1969, Makati Medical Center was the best hospital in the Philippines, and the venue of many breakthroughs in that country’s practice of medicine.

In 2007, a new business team—one that had succeeded in growing many local companies into multinationals—took over the hospital's management. Consequently, the hospital wanted a new website to reflect its transformation into a global medical facility.

Ivertise created this multiculturally accessible website. The new Makati Medical Center site features clean and easy navigation and a warm design that is a notch above the stereotypical, sterile and aseptic look of many hospital sites. Content is written in a crisp, friendly and welcoming language. At the same time, the website rightfully highlights the hospital's formidable strengths: its legacy, roster of highly qualified doctors, and the world-class services it can provide.

Taken together, we created a site that is accessible, pleasant and welcoming. Patients and prospects can find the Makati Med site easily when searching for medical services online. On the site, they can find the information they need quickly and easily.

To improve the site’s searchability, we created an information-rich and dense site. We also combined this with additional search engine optimization techniques. The SEO manager feature built into the website gives our client control over facilitating its own web presence.
